ZASU PITTS FILMS - Volume One

Zasu Pitts made her stage debut in 1915 and was discovered two years later by pioneer screenwriter Frances Marion, who got her work, though in small, obscure parts, in vehicles for such Paramount stars as Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford. Pitts enjoyed her greatest fame in the early 1930s, often starring in B movies and comedy short films. This collection includes some of her best comedy movies. The Meanest Gal in Town (1934) Uncle Joe (1941) Miss Polly (1941), So’s Your Aunt Emma (1942). This is Volume One. We will be releasing several volumes of her films in the near future.
